Rebekah Grmela is a communications activist supporting justice, equity and sustainability through access to excellent strategies for women, queer and/or BIPOC founders and nonprofits. She currently serves on the 2023 Board of Directors for the International Association for Public Participation USA.

She is the founder of Right + Good and past co-founder of The P2Club - both mission-driven organizations working to build authentic community between businesses and the people they serve. Rebekah has shared her knowledge and expertise on numerous platforms, from podcasts to webinars to college courses. You can learn more about her speaking engagements here.

Katrina is a Multimedia Designer with over 9 years of experience. She believes a designer is a visual storyteller that engages, informs, and inspires. Her desire for thoughtful and beautiful design is what motivates her to find the best solution possible for our clients. She also enjoys the beach, kayaking, board games, and experiencing new adventures with her family.

Tiffany is the team’s go-to for all things systems, operations and business and client management. Based in the mountains of North Carolina, she often works remotely as she travels with her family across the United States full-time in her RV. She’s an expert in seeing all of the details and synthesizing the best way to organize and leverage technology to get things done efficiently and effectively. When she’s not online, you can find her exploring new places and enjoying time with her husband and three kiddos.

Drew is a practicing Urban Planner and Sustainability Strategist based in Los Angeles. She has more than a decade of experience in social impact and began her career at the Seattle Mariners where she leveraged the far-reaching platform the organization had to create positive social change. She holds a political science degree from Kenyon College and a master’s in urban planning from the University of Southern California.
